The Sacred Grove

Reverence is a feeling of awe for Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. We feel that reverence in sacred places: temples, meetinghouses, nature, and in these sacred sites. They help us feel God’s love. We also feel reverence in sacred times: the sacrament ordinance, the Sabbath Day, and also our sacred times of 18 or 23 months of our missions. These times bring sweet reverence (awe) for God.
